Biography

Kathy was born in 1948 to Orel Monroe Proctor and Maxine Blair. She had at least 2 siblings: Thomas Monroe Sr and Living; and 1 half-sibling.

She married before 1968 and had at least 1 child. She remarried in 1978 to Harold James Dier Jr, son of Harold James Dier Sr and Emma L Britt. She was about 30 years old.

Kathy passed away in 2006 at the age of 58. It is not known if she was cremated or where she was buried. Note:; The photo of her husband's memorial at Los Gatos Memorial Park has a shared blank space.
