Emma was born about 1878, daughter of Jonathan Proctor and Almira Milton. In 1880, the family was living in Hanover, Washington, Pennsylvania.[1]
Charles B. Parker and Emma Proctor married on 1 Sep 1899 in Portage County, Ohio.[2]
