Arminta was a tiny lady, standing only 4' 8" tall. Still, she managed to raise 12 children to adulthood. She lived out her final days at the home of her daughter, Lillie Hopkins Blue.
Minta passed away 28 Sept 1941 (aged 83), Bloomfield, Stoddard County, Missouri, and was buried 30 Sept 1941 in Lick Creek Cemetery, Bloomfield, Stoddard County, Missouri, next to her husband, Uriah.
