Biography

Arminta Lurethia was born in 1858. She was the daughter of Moses Proffer and Sarah Courtner.

Arminta was a tiny lady, standing only 4' 8" tall. Still, she managed to raise 12 children to adulthood. She lived out her final days at the home of her daughter, Lillie Hopkins Blue.

She married Uriah Hopkins in 1876. Uriah is the son of Son of Abijah Hopkins and Louisa White. They had the following children:
