- Jamie - My earliest Griggs ancestor is Henry Harmon Griggs. The first name of his father is unknown. Henry's mother was working for his father's family in West Virginia when she got pregnant. My goal is to research West Virginia Griggs in order to find out who his father was.
- Peter - Griggs is my wife's maternal line, her family seems to have lived in London, in the Greenwich, Southwick areas. The earliest ancestor I have found is Charles Griggs. He appears on his sons marriage certificate as a Barman, but that's all I have found up to now.
