- Gesher Galicia's Galician Town Locator Invaluable resource to help locate your ancestor's town of origin.
- Gesher Galicia's Map Room Helpful to review to pinpoint where your ancestor lived.
- Matthew Bielawa's Genealogy of Halychyna/Eastern Galicia Excellent resource to consult when beginning to research your Galician roots. He does a particularly good job of explaining how to read and interpret Galician vital records.
- Archived scanned public records can be accessed from the Archiwum Panstwowe w Przemyslu/State Archives located in Przemysl for southeast Poland. Search the name of the village, the records are not indexed by surname. Directions on how to navigate these records can be found here courtesy of familysearch.org. Birth, marriage and death records written in Latin, Greek Orthodox church.
- Ukrainian genealogy database 1650-1920. Use Cryillic version of name in search.
