Biography
David John Provost was born on Aug. 13, 1958 to Roger Crow Provost and his 2nd wife Marian Elizabeth (Findlay) Provost.
David, his parents, and his half brother died when the Madison River flooded the canyon where they were camping on the night of Aug. 17, 1959 after a 7.3 quake. He is memorialized at Bellevue Memorial Park in Ontario, San Bernardino County, California.
