James Prudden's daughter Elizabeth was born in England, and baptized on 17 Dec 1615, King Walden, Hertfordshire, England, [1][2] She came to America with her father James Prudden and her sister Ann Prudden in 1637. [3]James Prudden was admitted as freeman, 20 Nov 1639 - On a list of free landholders this date.[4]
Elizabeth was admitted to the First Church of Milford 8 September, 1644.[5][6][7]
Marriage to William Slough & children
William Slough came to Milford in 1640. [8] He joined the church in 1646.[8] Elizabeth Prudden married by 1647, William Slough[6] of Milford who was excommunicated from the church and executed at New Haven for "horrible depravity".[8]

Elizabeth married second, at Milford, December 18, 1653, Roger Pritchard, "lately of Springfield". [6][3][9][2] Roger came to Milford in 1653, and was admitted to the church there on 28 May, 1653.[6] Elizabeth died 27 April 1668, Milford, New Haven County, Connecticut Colony [10]
