Son in law gave testimony that Ann Pruett was the mother of Margaret at the time of testimony her husband William had died. Pruett is her maiden names. She married John Snodgrass in 1877 and was living with him in 1870, by 1880 she and her children were living with the Vernons.
1880 Census with the Vernon's makes sense, Vernon's and Stobaugh's intermarried, lived around each other in Arkansas, Texas and Oklahoma. Martha Vernon's maiden name was Stobaugh
