Memorial page for Sarah Elizabeth Pruett Sharpton (27 Dec 1873-14 Feb 1964), citing Hall Cemetery, Old Merritt, Douglas County, Missouri, USA (plot: Row 2); Maintained by Jolene (contributor 47204301).
Huts and Sarah Sharpton lived a life full of family and friends. They had big family dinners in their home. Mother's day was a time for all relatives to come and visit and bring a big dinner. Sarah's brother John T Pruett always held a church service and preached to the family under a big shade tree in the back yard.
Sarah always made sure everyone who came near here heard the "Good News" about Jesus and his love for all.
I often found Grandma praying in her bedroom!
