Matthew Pulliam was born on March 9, 1787 in Dewy Rose, Elbert County, Georgia to Robert Pulliam and Nelly Brown.[1] [2]


Matthew Pulliam married Hannah Eavenson on January 19, 1809 in Elbert County, Georgia.[3]
