Research Notes

The parents were married on 4 Jun 1863 and their first child was born in Mar of the following year. The birth was possibly twins with only one surviving so the earliest date would be on or after Mar 1864. At the other extreme, we can see that the maternal years for Mary was not the limiting factor rather it is the death of Oliver on 31 Oct 1891 and we can be certain the birth of Damascus was no later than Jul of 1892.
