Madeline (Lizzie) was the daughter of Charles Punchard and Mary Carroll. In her father's 1905 obituary, she is referred to as "Sister Madeline of the Sisterhood of St. John the Divine." [1]
She was born in 1877 as per her birth records [2] and passed away at St Johns Convent in Toronto in 1929 [3]
