Annie Punchard was born in 1867 in Reading, Berkshire, England to William Punchard and Jane (Marshall) Punchard. Her birth was registered in Reading in the second quarter of the year.[1]

In 1871 Annie Punchard (age 4) lived in St Mary, Berkshire with her mother Jane (37, Dressmaker) and two older siblings: Charles (16, Labourer) and Caroline (9).[2] Her father William (49, Labourer) also lived in St Mary, but was lodging at another house.[3] William is listed as "married," while Jane is "widowed" - however, these are definitely the right people and William didn't pass away until 1874.

In 1881 Annie Punchard (age 14, Domestic Servant) lived at Friar St in Reading St Lawrence, Berkshire with her mother Jane (48, Tailoress) and brother John (9, Scholar).[4]

Annie Punchard (age 23, daughter of William Punchard) married George Swan (age 26, son of William George Swan) on 12 Jun 1890 in Islington, Middlesex.[5] The marriage was registered in Islingtin in the second quarter of the year.[6]

[Unable to locate Annie on the 1891 census, and by 1901 her husband appears to be a widower without any children]
