Thomas James Punchard was born 4 Jan 1895 in Stoke Upon Trent, Staffordshire, England to William Punchard and Elizabeth (Haden) Punchard. His birth was registered in Stoke On Trent in the first quarter of the year.[1] Thomas was christened in Stoke on Trent on 27 Jan 1895.[2]
In 1901 Thomas Punchard (age 6) lived at Hall Street in Stoke Upon Trent with his father Wm (42, Gen Coachman), mother Elizabeth (41), and five siblings: Wm E (19, Tailor), Charles J (17, Railway Goods Porter), Frieda (11), Ernest (10), and Norman (2).[3]
In 1911 Thomas James Punchard (age 16, Railway Servant) lived in Stoke Upon Trent with his father William (52, Coachman Postery), mother Elizabeth (51), brother Norman (12, School), brother-in-law George Wilson Salt (21, Miner Loader), sister Freda Salt (21), and niece Millicent Freda Salt (1).[4]
Thomas and Frances had at least four children: Wilfred Thomas Punchard (1916-), Douglas Punchard (1919-), Joyce Punchard (1923-), and Dorothy M Punchard (1927-).
Thomas' wife Frances M Punchard passed away in 1938.
Thomas and Dinah had at least one son: Charles T Punchard (1942-).
Thomas J Punchard passed away in 1968, aged 73 years.[7]
