Caroline (Punchard) Mudd was born in Suffolk, England.

Caroline Punchard was born about 1836 in Rattlesden, Suffolk, England to Jeremiah Punchard and Sarah (Ranson) Punchard. She was christened in Rattlesden on 12 Feb 1837.[1]

In 1841 Caroline Punchard (age 5) lived at Church Yard in Rattlesden with her father Jeremiah (40-44), mother Sarah (40-44), and twelve siblings: John (20-24), Susan (19-23), Jeremiah (17-21), William (15-19), Mary Ann (11), Eliza (10), Charles (9), Ellen (7), Emma (6), Ann (3), Henry (2), and George (0).[2]

In 1851 Caroline Punchard (age 15, Nurse) lived in Onehouse, Suffolk as a servant in the household of Jacob Green (Farmer of 153 Acres), along with her sister Eliza Punchard (20, Cook).[3]

Caroline Punchard married Ephraim Mudd in 1856.[4]

Caroline Mudd passed away in 1857, aged 21 years.[5]
