Arie (21) married Neeltje Arysdr. Zevenbergen (23) (born before 7 Nov 1773 in Barendrecht, Zuid-Holland) on 20 Apr 1797 in Barendrecht, Zuid-Holland. Their known children were:

2. Fijchie Punt (1802–1866)
3. Teunis Punt (1804–1857)
4. Marya Punt (1808–1809)
5. Arij Punt (1809–1882)
6. Adriaantje Ariesdochter Punt (1813–1885)

Arie died on 27 Jan 1849 in Sandelingen-Ambacht, Zuid-Holland, aged about 73.^[1]
