Will

"In the name of the benevolent father of all, I Jeremiah Purdom of the county of Ross and state of Ohio, do make and publish this my last will and testament. First I give and devise unto my son John Purdom my farming mill and iron troth harron (sp?) at my death. Second I give and devise unto my two daughters Margaret Purdom and Mary Ann Purdom and my granddaughter Catherine Purdom and to their heirs and assigns forever all the real estate and personal property (including all the lands, horses, hogs, cattle, sheep, household and kitchen furniture, grain of all descriptions, money accounts and claims that I may die seized and popeped (sp?) off, after all my just debts and burying expenses are paid. I hereby revoke all former wills by me made, this 6th day of July A.D. 1867. Signed and acknowledged by said Jeremiah Purdom as his last will and testament in our preserve and signed by us in his presence this 6th day of July, A.D., 1867. Robert I Robertson, Alexander H.
