Margaret Pusey was born 1781 in Virginia and her birth is recorded in the Crooked Run Monthly Meeting minutes[1][2]
Margaret, her mother, siblings and what appear to be members of her extended family moved from Virginia to Ohio in 1806 according to Quaker MM minutes.[3]
She married William Stanton in 1814 (his second marriage).[4] It is believed they had three children together: Mary, Rachel and James.
