Samuel, child of Joshua Pusey & Mary (Miller) Pusey, was born on 29 January 1773 in London Grove, Chester, Pennsylvania.[1]
Samuel Pusey married Elizabeth Pyle on 14 Sep 1826 in West Grove, Chester, Pennsylvania, United States.[2]
Samuel died on 25 November 1843 and was buried in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, United States.[3]

Samuel Pusey lived his entire life as a farmer in Drumore, Little Britain and Colerain Townships in Lancaster County Pennsylvania. Mary Kinsey was the first of his three wives. After she died in 1824, he married Elizabeth Pyle who was born 9 June 1776 in Chester County. After Elizabeth died in the 1830s, Samuel married Sarah Hopper who was born in December, 1793. Samuel did not have any children with Elizabeth or Sarah. In his Will, he left his surviving wife Sarah 00, plus an annual annuity of . He made a special provision in his Will to financially support, in his WillÙus words, his ÙSunfortunate daughter Jane.ÙT The remainder of his estate was divided equally among the remaining children. 1
