Biography

George Putman was born in 1873 in Dagnall, Bedfordshire, England the son of Daniel Putman and Eliza Ballard [1].

George married Annie Stevens in the September quarter of 1913 in the Melton Mowbray registration district.[2]

George and Annie came out from England on the SS WAIPARA, departing on 30 Sept 1913 and landing in Maryborough Qld on 30 Dec 1913.

He died in 1967[3].
