Biography
Handley (alt. spell Hendley) was born in Nova Scotia, but immigrated in 1868 and settled in Essex, Massachusetts. His wife died Dec. 26, 1906 in Haverhill, Massachusetts, at age 55 (b. 1851 in Nova Scotia).
