You would be well advised to consult (and reference) ACQ's book. Dirk Quick (ACQ, D81) gives the names of Apollonia's parents and her and Dirk's 6 children (ACQ, E211-6). This book should be quoted as a master source of information on Quick families.

Quick-35 and Quick-1248 appear to represent the same person because: Same birth dates. Since Quick-1248 has no other information, this match is speculative.
