Biography

Hanorah Quiqley was born in Boston, Massachusetts on Feb 22, 1911. She is the daughter of Dominick Quigley and Bridget Hennessey. ^[1]

In 1932, at age 21, she and her family sailed from Southampton, England - leaving Aug 20, 1932 - arriving New York Aug 26, 1932 in New York on the SS Aquitania. ^[2]

Seven years later, at age 28, she traveled alone, returning from Southampton to New York on the Georgic. ^[3]

In 1940 she lived in Milton, Massachusetts in the household of her father Dominic Quigley. ^[4]

She spent time in Europe during World War II. She returned to New York on the Queen Mary in 1945. ^[5]

Honora Quigley married Robert Plattner. ^{[citation needed]}

She died Dec 22, 1976 in Boston, Massachusetts. She had resided in South Yarmouth, Massachusetts with Robert Plattner. ^[6]
