Mary Quimby (Quinby) was born 22 2m 1738, married John Cornell of Purchase, New York and died in the 7m 1794. [1] This reference also mentions an alternate date of birth: 6m 25 1738.
The dates above may be "Quaker dates", which I read somewhere actually ran from mid-month to mid-month. In the profile above, I have entered dates interpreted as old-style dates, i.e. March is month 1, and days are numbered from the beginning of the month.

DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Mary by comparing test results with other carriers of her mitochondrial DNA.
However, there are no known mtDNA test-takers in her direct maternal line.
It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Mary:
Quimby-256 and Quimby-135 appear to represent the same person because: Married to John Cornell, and the birth dates are are probably a match given I interpreted the the date 22 2m 1738 as an old style date where March was the first month of the year. Also, fathers' names match except for minor difference in spelling of last name.
