Private Edmund Quincy V served with Massachusetts Militia during the American Revolution.

Edmund Quincy V is a DAR Patriot Ancestor, A093218.

Edmund Quincy V, son of Edmund Quincy IV and his wife Elizabeth (Wendell) Quincy, was born February 6, 1725/26 at Boston, Massachusetts. Edmund Quincy married 1st in October 1750 to Anne Huske, daughter of Ellis and Mary (Plaisted) Huske of Portsmouth, New Hampshire. Edmund and Anne (Huske) Quincy had six children. Anne died June 9, 1764.

Edmund married 2nd June 9, 1765 at King's Chapel in Boston to Mehitable Temple, daughter of Robert and Mehitable (Nelson) Temple. Edmund and Mehitable (Temple) Quincy had one child. Mehitable died March 31, 1766.

Edmund married 3rd April 30, 1767 at Sharon, Massachusetts to Hannah Gannett, daughter of Benjamin and Mary (Copeland) Gannett. Edmund and Hannah (Gannett) Quincy had six children.

Edmund Quincy V died November 25, 1782 at Stoughtonham (Sharon), Massachusetts.[1]
