Abraham Quincy, son of Edmund Quincy IV and his wife Elizabeth (Wendell) Quincy, was born July 25, 1728 at Boston, Massachusetts. He was a merchant of Braintree with a fishing business at Germantown (in present Quincy). He drowned in 1756 at Germantown. His will was proved April 30, 1756.[1]
