Biography
Albert was born 13 Nov 1862(see note) in Wisconsin to Henry Quiner andPolly Ingalls. He died on 22 Feb 1947 at age 84 and is buried in Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Glendale, Los Angeles County, California.[1]
Note
Incorrect birth year on find a grave. Date given is to close to his brother Charles. From the census date it looks more like the correct year would be 1865.
