Lillian was born 5 Jun 1873 in Concord, Wisconsin to Henry Quiner and Polly Ingalls. She died on 31 Aug 1881[1] and is buried in Harney City Cemetery, Harney, Pennington County, South Dakota, (actually Dakota Territory at the time). Seems a few of the family members died around this time.
