William was born in August 1851 in Mississippi. He is the son of Peter Quinn and Barbara Mc Kinney. He passed away in October 1916 in Oktibbeha, Mississippi and is buried in Big Creek Cemetery, Double Springs, Oktibbeha County, Mississippi.[1]
