Bill was born in 1926. He was the son of Henry Quinn and Sarah Black. He passed away in 2006.
Bill "Billie" Edgar Quinn is the son of Henry Edgar Quinn (Oct. 26, 1883 AL - Feb. 08, 1971 AL) and Sara Alice Black Quinn (Jan. 26, 1883 GA - Sept. 07, 1971 AL). He was the husband of Mary Jane Quinn.

Graveside service will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Oak Hill Cemetery for Billie Quinn, Attalla, who died Feb. 9, 2006. Bro. Paul D. Jordan will officiate. Morgan Funeral Chapel & Crematory directing.
Bill passed away after an extended illness. He was of the Baptist faith. He served in World War II in central Europe and received the EAME Service Medal with one Bronze Star and World War II Victory Medal. Bill was employed at the Anniston Army Depot.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Ed and Alice Quinn: five sisters; and three brothers.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Jane Quinn, Attalla; and daughter, Mary Alice Quinn.
Pallbearers will be Burrow Tilley, Howard Malone, Kenneth Beason, Lamar Quinn, Greg King, Gary Shirley, Marion White, Harold Walker, J.W. Battles and John Quinn.
