Research Notes
There is considerable uncertainty associated with his son John's birth date, which leads to even more uncertainty for Patrick's birth year. Estimated birth years for John ranged from 1825 to 1835 in various records. Patrick's birth year could reasonably be anywhere from 1777 to 1817.
One Pat Quinn with a son John in Roscommon was Quinn-8029. There could easily have been others.
