Biography
Kate Quinn was born in the townland of Cloonyscrehane in Newcastle West, County Limerick in 1880. She was the sixth child of Patrick Quinn and Kate Quinn (née Hayes). Mary Quaid of Newcastle was present at her birth.
Kate must have died before 1887. Kate had a younger sibling of the same name who was born in 1887.
