I am a Caseworker for a United States non-profit. I help families find loved ones that are separated, internationally, as a result of conflict, disaster, migration or other humanitarian emergencies. I also assist in Genealogy. I do not know how to use resources well that are free or that are inexpensive? We are a mostly donor based non profit; our financial resources are limited. I welcome any help. Leslie

It would be best if you use your surname or, at least, your first name on your profile. This will help when you're communicating with other WikiTree genealogists. We all share family here, so it's good to know who we're talking to.
You can find more information about how we use names on our Name Fields help page. We strongly discourage the use of Anonymous or initials for both your first and last names.
If you are concerned about Privacy, click the Privacy tab on your profile to view the different settings.
An additional level of anonymity can be achieved by not connecting any of your relatives to your profile.
At the right top of your and all profiles under the small Help drop-down menu, you will find the G2G (Genealogist two Genealogist) Forum where you can ask for help with researching, also you will find the Help Catgories and Help Index.
You can also search by first and surname at the top of your profile.
The link on How to Use WikiTree will be of help when you begin adding to the tree.
