Henry Radcliffe was a member of aristocracy in the British Isles.

He was the son of Robert Radcliffe, 1st Earl of Sussex and Lady Elizabeth Stafford. He was born around 1506 in Attleborough, Norfolk, England. He was married twice, firstly to Lady Elizabeth Howard, daughter of Thomas Howard, 2nd Duke of Norfolk and Agnes Tilney, in May 1524 at Chelsea, Middlesex, England. He married, secondly, Anne Calthorpe, daughter of Sir Philip Calthorpe, before 21 November 1538. He and Anne Calthorpe were divorced before 13 November 1555. He died on 17 February 1557.
