NEWCASTLE, Saturday.
Last evening Alfred Radford, gatekeeper at Market-street Wharf, on the G. W. Railway, died suddenly. On the previous afternoon he took a fit, and remained unconscious ever afterwards. He was a very respected man, and had been over 20 years in the railway service. [6]
