Biography

George was born in 1874, son of Archibald Rafuse & Louisa Silver. D. At Georgetown, Nov. 4th, George Rafuse, aged 58(?) Born in Martin's Point, MahoneBay, N.S., he was a seaman all his life. He leaves to mourn a widow and eleven surviving children. The sons are: Victor, Harry, Albert, John & Lester in Georgetown; Oliver in Charlottetown, William in Everett, Mass; the daughters are: Mrs. James McLeod, Halifax; Mrs. Herbert Fraser & Miss Jennie Rafuse, Charlottetown. and Miss Marion Rafuse, Georgetown; also a brother and sister.
