Andrew Rainey died on 10 May 1910 in Pittsburgh of cirrhosis of the liver and albuminuria, with gangrene of the foot and leg.[3] He was aged 71. Andrew was buried on 12 May in South Side Cemetery, Pittsburgh.[4]
