Biography
Percy was born in 1868 in Malmesbury to George Garrett Rainier and Maria Adriana van Breda.
He married Alice May Eckley in Somerset East; there were no children.
He passed away in 1926 in his residence at 18 Hofmeyer Street, Cape Town.[1]
