He came to the US with his family in 1840. [2]

He married Margaret Picken in Ohio in 1844. [3]

They moved to Harlem Township, Winnebago County, Illinois before 1850. [4]

In 1860 they were farming in Manchester. [5][6][7][8]

Peter passed away in 1907. [9]
