Suspected of arriving in 1905 and heading to 24 State Street, the same location where Domenico Rampino had gone two years prior.[1] The relation is unclear, since this Sebastian has a different birth date than Domenico's brother.
According to the 1905 arrival list, this Sebastian has a cousin named Francesco Mensa; according to the draft registration, he has a wife named Maria.
Possibly the same Sebastian who arrives again in 1910, wife Mariannina dePaolo, to see cousin Vito Botticella in Buffalo.[2]
Possibly the same Sebastian who arrives again in 1913, wife Mariannina, to see cousin Giovanni Marinaccio at 22 State Street.[3]
Because of the draft registration, this Sebastian cannot be the one who dies in Buffalo in 1914.[4]
