Orville was born in 1937. He was the son of Seal Ramsey and Virginia Walker. He passed away in 2012.[1]

Surviving are his wife of 56 years, Ruth Ann Ramsey; children, Kimberly Ramsey, Lisa Kraft and Ben Ramsey; 10 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. He was a member of Annunciation Catholic Church, a U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam War and retired from Martin Marietta after 45 years of service. A Memorial Service will be held April 28, 2012 at Baldwin Fairchild Funeral Home in Altamonte Springs.[2]
