Ruth was born in 1730 in Scituate, Province of Massachusetts.[1] She was the daughter of Caleb Randall and Hannah Wilcox Randall. She married Col. John Bailey on 18 Oct 1750 in Hanover,Plymouth, Province of Massacusetts. [2]. Colonel Bailey was an officer in the American Revolution. Ruth passed away on 17 Jul 1821at the age of 91.[3]
