Biography
When Lucy Emma Randall was born in 1838 in Alabama, her father, Seth, was 26. She married Thomas B. Buckingham on October 14, 1857, in Fayette, Texas. She died in March 1860 at the age of 22. Lucy was born in 1838. She was the daughter of Seth Randall and Maria Watkins. She passed away in 1858.
