Edward Randolph, sometimes referred to as Edward Randolph of Bremo, was born 1 Oct 1690 on Turkey Island, Henrico, Virginia to parents William Randolph and Mary Isham.
He was a ship captain and a London tobacco merchant. He married Elizabeth Graves on 15 Dec 1718 in London, England. Children: Joseph, Edward, Elizabeth, Mary. He died on 15 Mar 1737 in Bremo, Henrico, Virginia.
Why he was referred to "Edward Randolph of 'Bremo" is unknown. John Cooke is who owned the Bremo Plantation and 1500 acres of land that housed three homes, and none resided in by a Randolph. Edward did however inherit 625 acres of land near the Chickahominy River, from his father.
