Biography
Glenn was born in 1948. He was the son of Andrew Rankin and Jean Rankin. He passed away in 2016. and his ashes were interred in Andrew Rankin’s grave on 22 December 2016. Glenn had been institutionalised with the Victorian Mental Health Service since 1963.
