Sandra was born in 1947. She was the daughter of Albert Rankin and Virginia Line. She passed away in 2010. [1]

She first married Robert Spencer and they were divorced. On October 17, 1980 she married Billy D. Douglas and he died January 3, 2004. She then married Roger Adkins on March 31, 2008 and he survives in Alger, Ohio.
