Daughter of David Rankin and Anne Campbell Rankin.

No exact source for her date of birth, but the 1840 US Census for her husband, Joseph Montgomery, puts her age between 40-49, making her birth year between 1791 and 1800. The exact date above of 25 Dec 1798 comes from a family tree (also outsourced). Any of these scenarios would make her the first child born to David and Anne Rankin.

Death and Burial

Rankin genealogy records say she died 11 Jul 1843 in Bedford, Tennessee. Some of her brothers are living there so she may have moved in with them after husband Joseph died. This date could work based on the Court records following.
