Biography

Thomas Ranney Jr. was born March 1, 1659-1661. His parents were Thomas Ranney and his wife Mary Hubbard. He had ten siblings: John, Joseph, Mary, Elizabeth, Esther, Hannah, Margaret, Ebenezer, Mercy, and Abigail.

On March 29, 1691 at Hartford, he married Rebecca Willett from Hartford, Connecticut, daughter of Nathaniel Willett and his wife Hannah Adams.

Ranney-16 and Ranney-15 appear to represent the same person because: same person. Name was originally "John", but birth/death dates are those of Thomas. Switched Ranney-15 to be Thomas as John's record Ranney-17 already exists. Slight chance there was a twin "John" to Thomas that died before John, the younger brother, was born.
