Biography

Cornelius Rapalje was born in Brooklyn, New York on October 26, 1702 to Lt. Joris Rapalje and his wife, Angnietje Berrien. He married Aletta Brinckerhoff on November 30, 1727. He died on July 25, 1760, in Newtown, New York, at the age of 57.
