Norman Harold Rasmussen was born on June 7, 1910 in Maryborough, Queensland, Australia, son of Christian William Rasmussen ( –1968) and Wilhelmine Caroline Schmidt (1885–1972).[1]
Norman (24) married Eileen Elizabeth Sim (21) (born on June 4, 1913 in Maryborough; daughter of William Joseph Sim and Honorah Josephine (O'Brien) Sim) on January 19, 1935 in Queensland. Their children were:
- Elton William Rasmussen (1936–1978)
- Lynette Gladys Rasmussen (1940–1982)
Norman died on February 28, 1980 in Mackay, Queensland, aged 69.[2]
